This simple and elegant design became the first watch to be showcased at the Museum of Modern Art, and was eventually added to its permanent collection. Highly acclaimed American photographer, painter, and curator Edward Jean Steichen described the Movado Museum watch as "the only truly original and beautiful one for such an object."
